Seller Commission Options
1. Full Service Commission. Varies depending on asking price with a typical range between 8 and 12% of the Total Consideration and will be fully disclosed in writing for each sale. This arrangement will give the seller our full service wherein we create a marketing package, access our listings capabilities to advertise on a number of international websites. We will initially qualify all buyers and then send them to the seller for final approval, provide necessary legal document templates and be involved in due diligence. We will provide an opinion of value on the business or provide a third party valuation. If the buyer comes directly from our own database, we will assist as a transactional broker. The valuation and marketing fee due upon execution of the agreement is $3,500 for businesses with sales under $1 Million annually. For businesses with annual sales in excess of $1 million a valuation fee will be provided in writing after an initial discussion of the business. Once the business closes, the remaining fee due as a percentage of the purchase price will be due and payable to us.
